The French Broad Camp Driftwood is a riverside campground only 9 miles north of downtown Asheville, 1 mile past the Ledges Whitewater River Park. Noted for it's rock ledge and rushing water sounds and an informal atmospher, Camp Driftwood offers a unique campground for the visitor. We have12 tent spaces with fire rings, an RV hookup, a primitive cabin (no running water... but a great deck), and fully-equipped 2-floor vacation rental.
